Booking Policy

We understand that not all events work out perfectly and according to plan. The following policy applies to all services booked with us: Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be submitted up to 72 hours before the booking time. Any orders canceled within 72 hours of the event date will not be subject to a refund. For any requests within 72 hours of the booking time, a late cancellation fee will be applicable. Cancellations within 24-72 hours of the booking time will be subject to paying 50% of the session price, and less than 24 hours, 75% of the session price. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.​ After a refund is processed, it is out of our control for electronic transfers. The time it takes will then vary depending on the bank provider's policies. In cases where the service has already been fully serviced and/or delivered, no refund will be provided. Any disputes regarding cancellations and refunds will be subject to the terms outlined in our policies and the contract you signed. Weather and Emergency Exceptions: If weather prohibits service in outdoor locations or in the event of a medical emergency before the booking start time, we will hold your funds as a rain check. The rain check is valid for two months starting the day after your original booking date. However, we can not accommodate for any exceptions once the service begins.
