The DSF Wedding Service · Let us take the stress of and manage all the important aspects of your wedding! This luxury package offers the best of our services in one to help your dream wedding come to life. Trust us to take care of all your wedding planning; we wouldn't offer this service if we haven't successfully executed it already! Ask us about how we managed prior weddings.

Maximum guest count of 75. For up to 100 guests, starting price is $12,250. Price subject to change depending on wedding duration, venue selections, catering choices, and services booked. Deposit required, calculated after consultation and determined based on final selections.

The DSF Ceremony Services Includes:

    • Complete wedding ceremony led by a licensed officiant

    • Total duration of one hour on the beach with ceremony duration of approximately 30 minutes with flexibility of length due to vow exchanges and ring exchanges if desired

    • Personalized experience with wedding ceremony order of couples' choice including processional and recessional

  • Wedding Arch

    • Design

      • Choice of Classic Bamboo Arbor, Circle Arch, Heart Arch​, 2-Piece Curved Arch, Triangle Arch, -or- Curved Arch

    • Greenery

      • Combination choice of Wisteria Garland, Eucalyptus Garland, Ruscus Garland, and/or Freshly-picked Flowers (of your color choice) wrapped around the arch

    • Drapery & Tiebacks

      • Fabric drape for arch of your color choice​

        • Choice of style: drape hangs freely off arch -or- drape tightly wrapped around arch​

      • Tieback fabric for greenery of your color choice

    • Arch Decor

      • Matching greenery with Floral Vases by the arch base

    Aisle Runner

    • Choice of:

      • White Aisle Runner - sheer, patterned fabric, -or-

        • Optional: add Rose Petals on Aisle (of White or Red)​

        • Contains artificial flowers and greenery; matches boutique colors​

    • Choice of (for Aisle):

      • Votive Candles, Crystal Tealight -or- Standard Tealight (electric candles - for safety purposes)

    Altar Table (Limited to location)

    • Small table for the altar placed next to the arch

      • Can hold your vow books, rings, gifts, favors, and additional decor​

      • Includes small vase to hold your flower bouquet after the processional, white fabric linen cover, and table runner (any color choice)

    • Choice of Table Decor (Pick Any 3) (table size limits how many items it can hold):

      • Votive Assorted Pillar Candles (electric candles - for safety purposes)​

      • Assorted Flower Garlands

      • Wooden Card Box

      • Rose Petals (any color)

      • One Floral Lantern (flowers matched to boutique colors) (+$25)

    • Option of:

      • One small flower bouquet paired with one boutonniere, or​

      • Two small bouquets, or

    • Flowers come in the choice of multiple color palettes, freshly put together by us

    • Elopement ceremony hosted by one of our licensed Florida officiants

    • Photographer to capture the moment for the entire hour on the beach and up to two hours afterwards for the reception (including transition time)

      • Photos will be available for viewing and download via Online Gallery​

      • Photoshoot includes range of photos from the entire ceremony, the reception, decor, the venue, the couple (in both locations), and the couple with their guests (family, friends, etc.) in both locations

    • Complimentary bluetooth speaker included to play music of your choice on the beach

      • You may provide us with a playlist of songs of your choosing​

      • If you would like to walk down to a specific song for your processional and recessional, please let us know

    • One of our experienced wedding planners will guide you through the entire process, from pre-event planning to throughout the ceremony and reception day of!

The DSF Reception Services Includes:

    • We will assist you in booking the perfect venue for your reception!

    • You can look for venues of your preference, or let us pick for you (however, we encourage you to pick, of course)

    • Venue booking cost is subject to the venue's price

      • We do not cover the cost of the venue in this package, only our planning and booking service​

      • Our team can book the venue on your behalf, and we will put together complete, detailed instructions on directions, parking, and other important information for you and your guests

  • Tables

    • We provide up to ten rectangular 6ft tables for the reception

      • White, foldable tables​

    • Tables will have linen covers with runners matching color theme

    Chairs

    • We provide up to 75 chairs for the reception

      • Banquet Chairs with white cover; foldable

    • Chair Sashes

      • Any Color Choice sash fabric tied around all chairs​

    Tabletop

    • We provide high-quality plasticware for up to 75 guests

    • Decor to be provided

    • centerpieces, candles, etc.

    • Provided from local bakery, three tier for 75 guests

    • can be designed for upcharge

    • We will assist you in ordering the catering for your reception!

    • We will cater from any location of your choosing

      • Reminder: Ask guests for any dietary restrictions (i.e. allergies, gluten-free, vegetarian)​

    • Cost of catering is subject to the caterer's price

    • We do not cover the cost of the catering in this package, only our ordering and preparation service​

    • Our team can order the catering on your behalf, and we will assist in preparing the food, ensuring its freshness, maintaining the chafing fuel for hot food, and serving the food if necessary

    • Live DJ service included during reception (for up to two hours)

      • equipment included: DJ controller, microphone, mic stand, cables​

    • Doubles as an MC/announcer

Sales Tax not included in Package Price

Terms & Conditions apply. Cost of permits, venues, and catering not included. Weddings that exceed three hours in duration may be subject to additional fees, including late fees. Unused flowers, items, or decorations will not be subject to a price reduction. For additional decorations or desire to bring guests, please contact us and we will accommodate the wedding appropriately. Add-ons may be subject to additional cost.
